| Assistant Retail Manager |
Responsible for supporting the manager in all retail functions such as planning, scheduling, and directing
cashier staff to maximize productivity and positively impact profits. This individual will be responsible for
product purchases to increase sales and profits along with controlling expenses. Meeting regularly with vendors to discuss
inventory, product location, and areas of improvement. Apply and teach effective interpersonal, selling and promotional
skills and techniques. Training staff to develop and promote high performing employees. Possess the ability to drive
sales and superior customer service in a customer centered environment. Candidates must have strong sales and customer
service experience, good communication skills, the ability to motivate others. Strong computer skills along with
